San Diego Chargers have a championship caliber roster but with a new head coach and new offensive and defensive coaches it was a tough road to the Super Bowl. All pro running back LaDainian Tomlinson had another great season leading the league in rushing yards with 1,474 and touchdowns with 15. A mid season trade with the Miami Dolphins brought in WR Chris Chambers, adding another threat to an already threating offense. TE Antonio Gates lead all NFL tight ends in touchdown catches with 9. The Chargers play a 3-4 defense with playmaker linebackers Shawn Phillips and Shawn Merriman. Second year cornerback Antonio Cromartie lead the NFL with 10 interceptions and made the pro-bowl. The Chargers weren't a sucessful team during the Ryan Leaf years, so tickets were easy to come by. With the recent sucess of the team season tickets are once again in high demand and the team has even started a waiting list. As every fan knows finding great Chargers tickets is probably the hardest part of being a Chargers supporter. Chargers have only been to the Super Bowl once before, losing in 1995 to the 49ers. Many feel that this is the year the Chargers finally win it all.
