This Agreement, Event Tickets, LLC and your obligations under this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the web site Ticketsmyway.com or Event Tickets, LLC's services, you agree that all legal proceedings with respect to this Agreement, this web site and Event Tickets, LLC services must be brought in State or Federal court located in the County of Clark, State of Nevada and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and laying of venue in such courts. Nevertheless, we may seek to enforce any award in such proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you are located or have assets.
In the event we are forced to obtain an attorney or a collection agency, you agree that any and all fees and/or punitive damages will be your sole responsibility.

Event Tickets, LLC is a privately owned and licensed ticket broker and is not associated with Ticketmaster, any venue, or box office. All Sales are final. We reserve the right to accept or deny any request to cancel an order.
Returns
There are no refunds, exchanges, or
cancellations on any ticket request once it is submitted to us. This is necessary because we
have purchased tickets from a third party on your behalf and we are unable
return them. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them. If
you do attempt to return the merchandise no credit will be processed as we
delivered goods and services as agreed and your inability to attend is of no
concern nor legal consequence to us. In the rare event we do allow a cancellation it is with the express understanding that a 45% fee will be withheld to cover our expense to serve the ticket request. Refund Requests are the same as a cancellation.
There will be no exceptions under any circumstances.
Outstanding Balances
Accounts with any negative balances are subject to a minimum of a $45 dollar penalty fee and an interest rate of 12-20% APR which will be compounded daily.
Order
Processing
You will receive an e-mail immediately after you place your ticket request
confirming that we have received it. This does not confirm availability,
seating assignment or prices. It only indicates that we have received your
request for those tickets. You may log into your account on ticketsmyway.com
once your order has been filled. Just because you have not yet received an
order confirmation does not mean that we have not begun performing our service
or already purchased the tickets you requested on your behalf. If you do not
receive a status update, please call our office to check on your order. NEVER
assume your order is cancelled simply because you have not yet been contacted
by us. As no cancellations will be allowed. Online orders placed over the
weekend or after the vendor has closed for the may not be processed until the
next business day.at that business day's current ticket pricing.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Ticketsmyway.com customer service may attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. However it is your sole responsibility to provide a number we can reach you at 24 hours a day If Ticketsmyway.com is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Ticketsmyway.com may cancel your order and impose a 45% restocking fee.
PO BOX
BILLING ADDRESSES
If your billing address is a Post Office Box, you will have 24 hours to
complete and fax this form
into our office. FedEx usually does not deliver to PO Boxes and it is your
responsibility to fill out an authorization form
so we can ship the tickets to an alternative address. If you fail to fax in the
form to our office within 24 hours from the time you placed your order or one
business day, we reserve the right to cancel your order and impose a 45%
cancellation fee. If you do not contact our office to confirm that we received
your fax then do not assume we received it. It is the customer responsibility
to speak with a customer service rep and make sure the fax was received. We
highly suggest before getting off the phone that you make sure the notes
section of your login area shows we received the fax before getting off the
phone. ahead and ship the tickets to the PO Box. Occasionally, FedEx is able to
deliver the packages and if the tickets are returned to our office the package
will be treated as a refused package. In the event we cancel your order, for
this reason, we may allow you to place another order and use the cancellation
fee as a credit. Credits are on a case by case basis and Ticketsmyway.com has
full power over deciding if credits are or are not to be issued and the amount
of credits as well. The terms in this section apply to all addresses which
FedEx will not deliver to.
Prices
& Seating
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by an authorized
company representative. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market,
prices are subject to change at any time. When we fill the order if the price
has risen you can cancel your order in accordance with the cancellations
chapter of this page at a 45% fee which is to cover our efforts to date to
secure the tickets for you. We cannot
be responsible for typographical errors within the inventory listed for sale. If
an error is found while processing your order you may be notified of the error
and provided with other seating choices (if available). We sell tickets at or below what we sell them to you for. Regardless of our cost, our front end price, our total prices, what your receipt says or how the price is ever structured on anything we email or list on the site please understand that the price of the tickets we sell you are at face value and and any penny or greater amount above the face of the tickets is a service charge.

Tickets
If the tickets you request are no longer available, we may use our sole discretion to find you, what
we deem as comparable seating. Generally comparable sections are defined as the
same section, mirrored section or better section (our sole discretion defines
better). As far as rows are concerned, comparable rows are defined as same row,
up to seven rows back and any closer row. These are general guidelines and do
not limit Ticketsmyway.com or any Event Tickets representative from
defining comparable beyond the stated general guidelines. By processing your
request for tickets you fully agree that any alternative seats used to fill
your order will represent the tickets originally placed on the order and you
also waive your right to dispute the payment as Merchandise not as described and
a 45% restocking fee will be imposed to cover our cost of finding alternate
tickets.

However, any order placed with less than 3 business days of the event (not including the day the order is placed), without speaking directly to a represenative of Ticketsmyway.com, you must provide a way to contact you during any hour. Orders within this time frame are very time sensitive and failed attempts to contact you may result in a cancellation and a cancellation fee. Failure to Show for a will call will result in no credit being processed as we paid for tickets and will call set up

during business hours Monday-Friday. The shipping methods available are
associated with the day the tickets leave the office, and not necessarily the
date of your order. Note: If your order is pick up by FedEx on Thursday for 2
day delivery, then the tickets will be delivered on Monday, 2 business days
later. If an order for multiple sets of tickets is placed, you may be charged a
shipping fee for each set of tickets. Ticketsmyway.com generally only ships to
the credit card billing address on file with your credit card company. It is
your responsibility to be at that address when the tickets are delivered.
Ticketsmyway.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tickets can
not be delivered due to no one being available to sign for the package and the
package is returned to our office, it may be treated as a refused package.

responsible for delivery delays due to Fedex, weather conditions, an act of
God, Vendors or any other delay not caused by Ticketsmyway.com.

Processing Form
Preferred processing is not always available and when it is the fee is $25 a
ticket. Preferred processing will get your tickets into FedEx's possession
within 3 full business days or as soon as the tickets are in our or one of or
vendors possession. Preferred processing requires you to fill out a form which

Online Cancellations
Online refund request/cancellation option gives the user a chance to request a refund. This option is not always available. Please note that by processing a cancellation or refund request you give Event Tickets the option to cancel your order with a 45% cancellation fee. Under no circumstances should you choose this option unless you are willing to forfeit 45% of the entire order. Please note that refunds may take up to 4 months in extreme and rare cases. Generally refunds will reflect on your card within 30 days. If you dispute the charge with your credit card company anytime after you place your order you agree to pay a litigation fee of a minimum of $125 fee and may be responsible for the entire amount of your order plus any interest and penalty fees associated with the servicing of the account.
CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS
If an event is cancelled due to a union strike the face value of the ticket
will be refunded only if the tickets are returned to our office within 5 days
of the scheduled event. If an event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God,
or cancellation beyond our control no refunds will be given. If an event is
postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled
event date and no refund will be provided. New tickets will not need to be
issued for entry to the rescheduled event.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will provide a refund for the amount that you paid per ticket (not including the service charge)or the face value of the tickets or the amount per ticket excluding the service charge, whichever is less. You have 5 business days to have the tickets delivered to our office before the entire amount on the order is forfeited. Any shipping or service charges are not refundable. The service charge may be credited to a future order; however the shipping fee will not be refunded if tickets had already been shipped. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. Ticketsmyway.com will try to notify customers of a cancelled event but due to the amount of events we handle it is the customers responsibility to stay up to date on the event status. If and only if an event is not rescheduled may you send back the tickets, You are required to include THIS CANCELLED EVENT FORM within the package or a refund may not be given.
Incentives, Rebates and Guarantees
Please note that while we are generally cheaper then the competition, that all advertised discounts are subject to our approval, may apply but is not limited to any or only fees, shipping, furure orders.
Modification, Additional Terms, Entire Agreement
We reserve the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Furthermore, your use of Ticketsmyway.com is based on the terms and conditions which are most recent. We reserve the right to impose additional terms and conditions on any order, requests for tickets and/or any other service offered from Ticketsmyway.com via the web site, through the web, mail, courier service, email or over the phone.
Third party products and services listed sometimes have guarantees. By using this site you fully agree, acknowledge and release Event Tickets and Ticketsmyway.com from any liability resulting from any of the services, guarantees, and products. Including but not limited to third parties, affiliates, service providers and vendors.
